Internal Communications for the BBC and TV Licensing

This year long campaing was titled 'The Strongest Link' and was a motivational communicaitons activity for staff working on behalf of the BBC in TV Licensing.

Each month was themed with a BBC TV programme - including the Vicar of Dibley, Ab Fab and Eastenders to name a few..

Each month there would be an activity day where staff from the call centre would dress down (or dress up!) and participate in a quiz with end of year winners earning prizes.

The results of their performance would be used on posters for each month and were so popular, many of the staff even took them home.

This campaign won the Silver award for Best Internal Communications Campaign at the IPR Cream Awards in 2002.
